Jerome has a wealth of manufacturing background having worked for 22 years with companies such as Grand Metropolitan, Johnson and Johnson and The Glenmorangie Whiskey company. Jerome played a key role in starting and establishing SMAS the Scottish Manufacturing Advisory Service and has led part of this team over the past 14 years working with a diverse range of manufacturers across Scotland. Through this Jerome has also delivered international learning journeys taking Scottish businesses to experience best practise in various aspects of manufacturing. Jerome currently leads the high value manufacturing team within Scottish Enterprise, focused on identifying and developing manufacturing opportunities that have a significant impact on our economy.
